Condos: We inspect the unit’s interior systems (electrical, plumbing fixtures, HVAC where applicable, interior surfaces, doors/windows).

Note: Common elements (e.g., roof, exterior walls, elevators, lobbies, amenities) are typically HOA responsibility and not part of a standard unit inspection. We can review HOA documents (bylaws, budgets, reserves, and recent reports) upon request to help you assess building-level risk. πŸ—‚οΈ
